WEDDING RENTAL FEES

The average venue wedding cost at Bright Morning Farm is estimated at between $3,000 and $6,000 for a ceremony & reception. Rental fees include tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor) setup and tear down, sound system (indoor and outdoor), catering kitchen, complimentary bartending services (client provides alcohol), bride and groom dressing rooms, and security. We can also provide setup and tear down services as well as decorating, wedding day-off coordination.

Monday - Thursday: $2,500 (9:00am - 11 p.m.)

Sundays & Fridays: $3,500 (9:00am - 11 p.m.)

Saturdays: $4,500 (9:00am - 11 p.m.)

We also offer a two-day package for early decorating & rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding creating a less stressful wedding day plus overnight stay in our new barndominium which sleeps 13 : $7,000 for Friday/Saturday package and $4,500 for Thursday/Friday package. Our barndominium rents for $300 a night.

EVENT RENTAL FEES

We love a good wedding, but Bright Morning Farm also hosts family celebrations, and corporate and private events of all kinds. Our special event rental fees start at $250 an hour. Rental fees include tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor) setup and tear down, sound system (indoor and outdoor), catering kitchen, bartending services (client provides alcohol), and security. We also offer party-planning services to help make your party as stress-free as possible. Contact us for a quote for your event today.
